Orchestras@Montgomery College serves the community with orchestral ensembles bringing community and student musicians together to perform symphonic and chamber ensemble repertoire under the direction of Professor Pablo Saelzer.

In the spirit of Montgomery College's mission—endless possibilities—our vision is to attract individuals who desire to make music at the highest possible artistic level by creating opportunities for musicians to make music and enrich the college and community with outstanding performances.

The ensembles are volunteer and open to student and community musicians. Auditions are held to maintain the highest level of musicianship possible and will also serve the purpose of placement. Rehearsals are held Monday evenings, and four performances are held each season.
